Scrub for dry and rough skin

Worried about dry & rough skin all over your body? Work this scrub all over & witness beautiful skin in 3 weeks —                                                       You will need to make a scrub of salt or sugar with oil (baby oil or olive oil). Take one portion of oil & add in 2 portions of salt/sugar, mix in a bottle & shake vigorously  Don’t worry if the salt settles at the bottom. If you want to relax your mind & body, add a few drops of essential oil of your choice! Gently massage the scrub on dry skin all over the body in circular motions. For tougher areas such as the knees, soles & elbows, spend extra scrubbing time. On places like the chest, neck & stomach, where the skin is thinner, take it easy with the scrubbing. Once the entire body is scrubbed well, rinse thoroughly. Pat skin dry. You should be good & cleansed. The salt (or sugar) should have exfoliated your skin nicely & the oil should have left skin soft & moisturized. You can do this once a week & thereafter reduce it to once a month. This would be your in-house spa treatment 🙂
