Detoxify with Clay Mask: Make a paste using the below-mentioned ingredients and apply on your face for 15-20 minutes, once or twice a week.

1 Tbsp- Bentonite Clay (Or Fuller’s Clay), 1 Tbsp- Activated Charcoal, 1-2 Drops- Tea Tree Essential Oil (Optional,) and Apple Cider Vinegar (To Make the Paste)

The key ingredient, Bentonite clay or fuller’s clay is well known in the cosmetic industry due to its medicinal properties and its ability to treat various skin issues. In fact, clay masks been used since ages by Egyptian queens like Cleopatra and Nefertiti to keep their skin glowing and healthy. Bentonite clay can cleanse your skin off chemicals, toxins, heavy metals and even bacteria. Due to its alkaline nature it is sensitive to your skin. It is also a rich source of minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, sodium, silica, copper, and potassium. Similarly, activated charcoal also actively removes impurities such as dirt, bacteria, chemicals, and other micro-particles from the surface of the skin. Deep Cleanse with Honey Milk MaskMix the following ingredients and apply on your face for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

1 Tbsp- Yogurt (skimmed milk) and 1 Tbsp-Honey

It helps to repair (antibacterial properties), nourish (emollient nature) and protect (from free radicals) the skin. Clear Skin with Clay and Turmeric MaskMix the following ingredients into a paste and apply on your face for 15 minutes. You can use this once or twice a week.

1 Tbsp- Bentonite Clay, 1 Tsp- Turmeric, 1 Tsp- Aloe Vera Gel, 1-2 Drops- Tea Tree Essential Oil, and Apple Cider Vinegar (To Make the Paste)

If you have sensitive skin and often break out then you should try out this mask. It will not only deep cleanse your skin but will also tackle acne and inflammation.
