Read on! You might just find your something your lashes will love.
1. Clear Mascara:
Clear mascara is a basic type of mascara for girls who like that naturally glamorous look and are blessed with bountiful lashes. Clear mascara defines and separates the lashes, adding volume, the illusion of length, and a touch of brightening sparkle to the eyes. It also works to moisturize and condition eyelashes. It’s perfect for creating a no-makeup makeup look — especially on beach days when you still want extra oomph, but without the panda-like effect. Clear mascara can also be used to tame eyebrows for an instantly polished look. It can also be used as a primer before applying your regular mascara to give your lashes extra volume.

As the name suggests, this type of mascara is used by those who have scanty or thin eyelashes. A volumizing mascara should be able to give lashes a thicker appearance without making them look spider-like.

Long and dreamy eyelashes are everyone’s dream. Lengthening mascaras exist to make that dream a reality. Do remember a pro-tip: give your lashes a little bit (5 seconds) to dry between coats, and spend time working the product onto the tips so they will build up and extend out.

4. Conditioning Mascara:
As the name suggests, conditioning mascaras make your lashes look diva-like on the outside and nourish them from the inside. It’s like having your cake and eating it too! These mascaras usually contain either or a combination of Vitamins A, E, and C to moisturize and condition the eyelashes. Instead of making your eyes pop only after application, these mascaras strive to deliver long-term results after continued use.
If you wear contacts, have allergies or sensitive, dry eyes that get red and irritated really easily – certain mascaras that have natural ingredients such as rice wax or clay are ideal for you. So you can have long, luscious lashes without the irritation. Do ensure that the formula for your mascara is pH-balanced or have soothing ingredients, to care for lashes while lengthening, and won’t flake or clump, so they work with your sensitive eyes, rather than against them.

There is nothing more annoying than having to go for a pool party or rain dance and suffering a mascara washout. Those that live in humid conditions are often faced with mascara meltdowns. This is when water-proof mascaras establish their existence as essentials.
7. Glitter Mascara:
If you have a celebratory occasion and there are stars in your eyes, might as well have some stardust on the lashes as well! Glitter mascaras light up the eyelashes with silver or metallic reflections. Sparkly eyes are totally chic and glamorous if deployed correctly. Yes, they’re a little eccentric – but eccentric is awesome.

8. Colored Mascara:
If it’s true that the eyes are the window to the soul, you should probably make sure that the curtains are fabulous. And there’s nothing more fabulous or dramatic than colored mascara to bring out the edgy you. Colored mascara is a major trend this season, with beauty brands from Chanel to MAC debuting new, bright shades for your lashes. To make the eyes pop, wear the colored mascara on lower as well as upper lashes. A colored mascara is bold enough to wear alone, so keep the rest of your makeup simple. On the eyes, keep your shadows neutral and your eyeliner on the thinner side if wearing mascara alone is not an option. Wear the trend in a subtle way by layering colored mascara over black mascara on just the tips of the lashes. Wearing color on the bottom lashes only gives a similarly toned down effect.
